White Wines
2008 Pinot Grigio or 2009 Pinot Grigio
2008 Pinot Grigio
A full-bodied Pinot Grigio, the 2008 vintage has ripe fruit flavors and toasty notes leading to a creamy finish.
Silver medal: Los Angeles International Wine & Spirits Competition.
2009 Pinot Grigio
A crisp and clean vintage, the 2009 Pinot Grigio has classic green apple and citrus flavors with a crisp minerality and brisk, high-acid mouth feel.
2009 Rosato di Cannonau
This gorgeous Italian-style rose with garnet clarity and color is produced from Cannonau grapes grown with loving care on the Mosby estate. Subtle aromas of wildflowers, raspberry and pomegranate lead to pronounced flavors of raspberry and strawberry-rhubarb pie. The clean, dry finish and palate-cleansing acidity reflect the wine’s stainless steel fermentation. Enjoy our refreshing Rosato with a variety of foods…sausages, grilled Tuscan-style chicken, chile-rubbed pork loin or tomato-based seafood dishes such as cioppino. Serve chilled.

2009 Traminer - SOLD OUT
A bright, floral nose is followed by flavors which include lychee, citrus and pear. The finish is dry and clean like the traditional Traminers of Northern Italy. Excellent on its own as an aperitif, this wine pairs nicely with smoked meats, poultry or spicy Asian cuisine.
La Donna (white table wine)
100% estate. Blend of Cortese and Chardonnay, a refreshing everyday white wine. Citrusy and dry.

Mead
Mead is a delightful honey wine enjoyed since the dawn of recorded history. Aromatic, slightly sweet and reminiscent of the chaparral honey it’s made from, this amber-colored wine is true to its ancient heritage.
Stelline di Moscato
A sparkling Orange Muscat in the style of Prosecco. Orange blossom nose, tangerine peel and bright acidity.
