Mosby
Rosato di Sangiovese is
Bill's gorgeous rose made from estate-grown
Sangiovese. Think of summer in a bottle....flowers, strawberries, white
peaches and melon, with a clean, crisp, dry finish.
This wine is a full-bodied rose, perfect
for spicy foods like Chipotle chicken, bar-b-qued ribs or garlicy
shellfish. Try it with pancetta-wrapped grilled shrimp or grilled
vegetables with a spicy dip for an appetizer course.
Serve well chilled and enjoy. The
