Mosby Roc Michel

The
Mosby
Roc Michel is a Rhône varietal blend of Syrah and
Mourvedre. The grapes for this wine came from son Michael Mosby's Fremir
Vineyards, located in Monterey County. The name, Roc
Michel, means "Michael's rock" referring to the
particular soil where the vineyard is planted and to the steadfast
temperament of Michael himself. The terroir of Parkfield, earthquake
capital of the world, is especially well suited for the grapes that make
up this flavorful blend. |
This ruby-hued, dry red wine has a succulent mouth feel and
rich, ripe berry fruit with a chocolaty essence and a mysterious tropical note.
Mosby
Roc Michel is a lush, satisfying wine.
Enjoy it with grilled or roasted meats including beef, lamb, or game. Add
dimension to hearty vegetable fare such as roasted pumpkin soup or grilled
Portobello mushrooms. Equally at home served with simple desserts, as an
alternative to stronger or sweeter after-dinner drinks..Bon Appetit!
