Easy Cannellini
Dip
Ingredients
| 1 can cannellini
beans, drained, rinsed and drained again |

| 3 tablespoons
prepared pesto sauce |
|
| 1
tablespoon
virgin olive
oil |
|
| 1/4 teaspoon salt |
|
| 1/2 teaspoon
freshly-ground black pepper |
|
|
|
- Place
all of the ingredients in a cuisinart or blender.
- Pulse, adding more olive oil
or pesto to create a smooth consistency.
- Serve the dip with
toasted slices of baguette, fresh raw vegetables, or crackers.
